“Enlighten me again why you’re sitting beside me right now,” Draco drawled out, eyeing Hermione with undisguised disdain. “Don’t tell me you’ve actually grown attached to me, being perfect and all,” his nose scrunched up at the idea, as though it made him want to cast up the muffins he just ate. 

Hermione shot him an affronted glare as she settled to a more comfortable position. Their shoulders brushed briefly as she shuffled a little closer to him, her sweet smell invaded his nostrils. “The Head Girl and the Head Boy should sit together at breakfast and dinner every Monday,” she reminded him coolly. “You’re no prize yourself, Malfoy, so shut up and let me eat in peace,”

“Well there’s no need to sit so close to me!” he complained loudly but did not move away from her. Hermione rolled her eyes but a knowing smile lingered on her lips as she took a sip of orange juice from her goblet.

I wanna rant so badly about what happened at my ex’s grandparents’ 50th wedding anniversary but right now it can be summed up in one sentence.

The sexual tension between me and my ex was so tangible it almost burned down the church and the reception hall earlier.
